Working hours and employment period vary depending on the position and workplace. The summer season 2026 at Astrid Lindgren's World is from May 13 to August 16. At Astrid Lindgren's Näs from May 1 to September 20.

Salary is set according to the collective agreements Gröna Riks and Nöjesavtalet, which is an agreement between Visita and the Hotel & Restaurant Workers' Union (HRF).
